Services

At Lakeside Place, Inc. residents are provided with a semi-private room or a private room for a couple 24-hours per day. We offer the following services:

• We make sure your meds are given daily as prescribed.
• Our Health Care Personnel monitors your diet
• The Aide on duty will assist you with daily chores
• Help with laundry weekly or when necessary
• We make sure you keep scheduled doctor visits
• Transportation to-and-from scheduled appointments
• Age appropriate exercises will be offered
• Outside activities and entertainment to Wal-mart, movies & restaurants

Rate of Pay

Your total monthly income is assessed by our Financial Team. After reviewing your income we will determine how much your monthly fee will be. If approved, your monthly rent and fees will be due on the first of each month and considered late after the 5th of the month.

A late fee of $20 will be added if your payment is late. We will discuss your income with you and your Legal Representative or Payee. If you have questions, please call us at 704-563-1341.
